Fiserv Inc. has created a new all-in-one point-of-sale system for full-service restaurants, Clover Station Solo

Fiserv showed off its latest system, Station Solo, during an event at Fiserv Forum Monday. It’s part of a line of all-in-one devices that are designed specifically for restaurants.

The idea behind the system is to streamline front- and back-of-house operations through a single device. The Clover Station Solo can manage payments, in-person orders, employee schedules and online orders.

Fiserv, a Brookfield-based provider of payments and financial services technology solutions, owns Clover.

The company, which typically works behind the scenes to make payments happen, has added more customer-facing products through Clover.

“The Fiserv brand, we touch almost every household in the United States,” said Dan Bjerke, senior vice president of Clover Business Solutions. “In one form or fashion, we’re touching every household in the United States — moving money, interacting at a small business, bank or credit union that you’re working with.
